Although he/she is not our cat the kids have given baby-cat an official name...Pepper! I love hearing Lou yelling for him/her..."Pep-Pa...Pep-Pa..." However, I'm still fond of "baby-cat" which is what I'll continue to use.

I like the name baby cat too. A Chinese woman in my old neighborhood called Scout baby dog; she didn't know the word for puppy. He's almost 11 years old now and I still call him that sometimes.

Embrace the kitty - I wish we could have one. Vi would eat it - not the most pleasant thing for a family!
