We left town for a few days, I know I should have warned you but I hate goodbyes... We are at my 'rents house visiting with my father who is home visiting from Iraq and for my Mom's birthday which was today.
The other day Lou & I went with my sister Jamie to purchase her wedding gown. Lou enjoyed herself - playing around those beautiful gowns. I tried not to think about the day we go shopping for her wedding dress - let's hope it's in 25+ years...

I tried to post and it backfired because I have too many usernames and passwords so I think I have it right now. Whew... I love your blog as I have told you before. You have the best props, your angelic children and you know how to put words together. I love it. I was told a time or two that I could be the next Erma Bombeck but I am afraid you are better than me at putting it all together. I sure miss you and appreciate all the laughs I get from your blog. Too darn funny...
Glad you guys had a great time 'up North'. We have to coordinate next time for our travel plans! It is crazy the amount of gas we are wasting!
I love the picture of Leighton. I was in my aunt's wedding when I was little and remember it being so much fun!
