For my boy's 6th birthday he said all he wanted was a lava lamp...that's right a lava lamp! Apparently, the one in the beach house we stayed at last summer left an impression! So, I did what every other good mother does - I hit Amazon.com & found purchased a lava lamp! Of course I had to pay extra shipping because I did what every busy mom does...waited until the last minute! Needless to say the lava lamp arrived & was a big hit! We have all enjoyed watching it's "lava" errupt.

Oh I should have given you ours! We had to get rid of it because the girls would not keep their hands off and they kept knocking it over.
