This year, when my baby girl asked for a Heavy Baby, I knew I had to make her one! I can't even begin to tell you how much fun I had making this precious doll! I spent two days with 4 wonderful women who tutored, cajoled & supported me in this adorable endeavor!
When I brought her home & lovingly showed her off to Alvin I was told that I was going to have to "let her go...and give her to her rightful Mama..." as painful as that sounds, I am happy to report that the transfer from maker to mama went smoothly! She's as loved as I had hoped!!

Of course the 1st thing on the agenda was a Newborn Portrait session...
